I think so. I had some Examples. A good one is published:
It was in SEpt. 2005 and it was a 6.1, in October 15th, (Kamchatka, Russia).
Another case, documented, but not published, was in the scope of a "terrible event", for the 0.6.06.06. It was in the Aleutians, but I had said that was not for a panic, because a global low activity of our Planet. (For a few years, at least!)
I would like to do more, but It is neccesary some support. So, if you consider a very few one,
and a bonus in the good & adequate result, you can ask for an initial consideration.
My real OBJECTIVE is to joint efforts in an humanitarian, international entity.

The big Hurricanes, after about 30 years of lower ones, and of course the Katrina case, we must directly analize in the very, and not well dimensioned yet ENERGY of the BIG Tsunami, (DEC, 26th, 2004) What % of this Energy, go to the Air, like water and heat? How many years we need to arrive to a most "normal" atmosphere?

The Big Tsunami was 9.0, 9.1, or 9.3...? It is not the same Energy. A 9.3
is about 3 times more than a 9.0, so,.....We need and International assesment of this Event
and of the "Scale" for the Magnitudes. The Energy involved in every case must be well defined.
